Units may be viewed by visiting our office at 484 Washington,Monterey, 8-3:00, M-F, and checking out a key to the unit.  We require a photo ID we will copy and hand back to you and a Credit or Debit card we will hold while you have our keys.  All keys must be returned by 4:00.

All applicants 18 years and older must provide proof of income.
All applicants, individual and/or combined Monthly Gross Income must meet or exceed 2 1/2 times the amount of the monthly rent
for the unit in which you are applying for.
